We do mindfulness work and mediation to increase our conscious awareness. When we become more conscious of what affects us, there are choices, not only patterns

This meditation is to explore and understand that you have thoughts and that you have a choise to let them go.


If the mind wanders of, just notice that, without judgement, drop it and return to the breath

Breath meditation 5 min Eng

Description: This material is for my mindfulness students. It is Tools and practices to assist them. Of course, anyone are welcome to use it.


The breath is one anchor we can use for meditation. It has is specific qualities. Notice how a complete passive  outbreath relaxes your body.

Before you start, sit or lie down comfortably
